Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Leader in MedTech to guide a team of Field Service Engineers across installation, service and repair of electrophysiology equipment. You will manage schedules within a broad territory and partner with clinicians to ensure optimal system performance.

Requires leadership, strong customer service, risk assessment, and travel readiness. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in patient care through advanced cardiovascular

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with 4/6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical/Computer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Field Service Engineers in scheduling.
• Install, operate, repair and modify equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage region and schedules to support all products serviced by Biosense Webster.
• Respond to emergency service requests; troubleshoot and take corrective action.
• Provide guidance to Doctors, Nurses, and hospital Biomedical engineers and assist issues as they arise.
• Devise and implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain service records.
