Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Service Team Leader for MedTech Electrophysiology to guide a team of field service engineers in installation, service, and repair within a broad regional territory. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, and technical excellence across multiple states.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in field service, strong project management, and proficiency in English. Travel is required, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Trade Certificate with preferably 4/6 years related work experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years’ experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical or Computer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with a team of Field Service Engineers in Managing Account Schedule.
• Perform the installation, operation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned territory.
• Manage region and schedule to facilitate all aspects of technical/engineering work required to support all products serviced by the Biosense Webster technical department.
• Respond to customer requests for emergency service and troubleshoot.
• Provide guidance to doctors, nurses, and hospital biomedical engineers and assist with satisfaction issues.
