Job summary

Climate Pros is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians and deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will train, mentor, and manage technicians while coordinating with dispatch to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

You will oversee performance reviews, timecards, PTO, and on-call coverage while maintaining strong customer service for internal and external clients. A hands-on leader thrives in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customers and teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills within a fast-paced field environment.
• Ability to take initiative to motivate and keep the team safe and productive.
• Journeyman-level or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years prior supervisory experience in a service-focused industry.
• Experience managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Provide technical support for assigned technicians and territories.
• Train newly hired technicians in the field.
• Mentor technicians; provide continuing education and training.
• Maintain communication with the team to drive results and safety.
• Collaborate with dispatch to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform performance reviews, timecards, PTO, and on-call duties.
• Resolve customer callbacks and provide exceptional support.
