Qualifications

• Must be a current Field Technician Professional.
• Must not be on a performance, behavioral or attendance improvement plan.
• Has strong organizational and time management skills.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Has proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Has the ability to lead by example and maintain a professional, problem-solving attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin duties, enabling the Field Service Manager to lead the team.
• Translate the FSM's game plan into clear direction and execution for the team.
• Mentor and onboard new hires, guiding their training and growth.
• Manage documentation, training modules, licensing, and performance reporting.
