Job summary

NRG Energy is hiring a Field Service Team Lead to support our Field Service Manager by coordinating daily operations and driving team performance in the field. You’ll handle admin tasks, safety checks, scheduling, and performance reporting to keep field teams aligned with company goals.

You should be organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and skilled in communication. The role involves field time, outdoor work, and collaboration with onboarding and training of new hires.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Field Technician Professional.
• No disciplinary action on record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin duties and support the Field Service Manager (FSM) to free up FSM time for leadership.
• Translate the FSM’s game plan into clear direction and execution for the team.
• Mentor new hires, guide training, and support performance reviews.
