Job summary

N-RG Cladding, LLC seeks a Field Services Manager to lead daily field operations, coordinate project scheduling, and allocate resources to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across projects.

You will monitor field activities, collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, and support deliveries while driving efficiency and cost control through improved processes and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling/project management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• The Field Services Manager oversees daily field operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination.
• Support the planning and execution of deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Communicate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate operational needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide operational insights to the Field Services Manager.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of field operations with company goals and client expectations.
