Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, engineering technology, or science, or 20+ years nuclear work experience.
• 15+ years full-time nuclear reactor industry experience; 5+ years in services delivery.
• Senior Reactor Operator certification or equivalent nuclear startup/BD experience with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Plant Services Program Managers with field deliverable scopes; ensure cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and workload management for direct reports including the Program Manager, Plant Services.
• Oversee financial planning: business cases, budgets, and performance reports; ensure budgetary accountability.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable team goals; report program health and metrics to Senior Director, Plant Services.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to align resources with NuScale growth objectives.
