Job summary

IPG North America in Florida seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive entry- and mid-level salaried recruitment, manage requisitions, coordinate assessments, and guide candidates through interviews and offers. You will onboard new hires and continuously improve the hiring process across the North America region.

The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, is exempt/salaried, and requires 2–4 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelors in HR or related field, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience (high volume)
• Demonstrated excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated excellent detail-oriented skills
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, including video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Recruit for entry and mid-level salaried positions for IPG North America.
• Oversee requisition and advertising processes for all positions for IPG North America.
• Review all incoming resumes and applications for fit with role, and forward qualified applications to internal stakeholders.
• Set up assessments for candidates and route results to relevant stakeholders prior to in-person interview process.
• Facilitate communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, including setting up candidate travel, interview schedules, and logistics of interviews.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with offer process for candidates.
• Onboard all salaried new hires to IPG through designated onboard process, including entering new hires into payroll system.
• Create, support, and continuously improve hiring process for salaried hires throughout IPG North America.
• Manage intern program by conducting orientations and partnering with internal stakeholders on scheduling rotations and assignments.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to reconcile all recruiting invoices to proper cost centers.
• Partner with Payroll department to assist in processing candidate expense reports
• Assist with HR and related projects as requested by Corporate HR team.
• All other related tasks as requested by Manager.
