Job summary

IPG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our North America HR team in Sarasota, FL. This exempt, salaried role focuses on recruiting for entry and mid-level salaried positions, managing the intern program, and coordinating interview logistics.

You will partner with managers to assess needs, drive the hiring process end-to-end, and ensure compliance with requisitions and offers. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 2–4 years of high-volume salaried recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead entry and mid-level salaried recruiting for IPG North America.
• Ensure requisition and advertising process compliance across positions.
• Review resumes and forward qualified candidates to stakeholders.
• Set up assessments and share results with interview teams.
• Coordinate candidate travel, interviews, and logistics.
• Oversee offer processes for new hires.
• Onboard salaried hires through payroll system initiation.
• Improve hiring processes for salaried hires in IPG North America.
• Manage intern program orientations and rotations.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to reconcile recruiting invoices.
• Coordinate with Payroll on candidate expense reports.
• Support HR projects as requested by Corporate HR.
