KLA Corporation is seeking a Field Support Supervisor to lead a team of field service engineers, ensuring installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, team performance, and adherence to technical standards.

You will oversee onboarding, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to drive improvements; travel is required to support customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in field service engineering within the semiconductor equipment industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for complex electro-mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop a team of field service engineers with performance management and scheduling.
• Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of complex KLA equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and maximize tool availability.
• Maintain customer relationships and handle escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements; collaborate with other teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and safety/compliance adherence.
• Report on team performance and service activities.
