KLA Corporation is seeking a Supervisor in Malta, NY for the Services team to coordinate installation, repair, maintenance and engineering upgrades at client sites. You will ensure records are maintained, schedule staff for critical situations, and liaise with design teams to resolve technical issues while guiding personnel to high performance.

The role requires a technical or business degree and 4 years in the semiconductor industry, with up to 20% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business administration and 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Directs the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites.
• Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained.
• Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.
• Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department's attention.
• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
