The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering, at least 5 years of field service experience in semiconductors, and 2+ years in a supervision role, with strong problem solving, communication and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of field service engineering in semiconductor equipment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong technical aptitude in semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of field service engineers including performance management and scheduling.
• Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of complex equipment at customer facilities.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maximize tool availability.
• Act as primary contact for customer escalations and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor service metrics, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales on field feedback and product improvements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and customer feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the field service organization.
