Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; conduct bi-annual performance appraisals and development plans.
• Serve as primary contact for customers seeking service work and quotes.
• Prepare quotes and estimates with Service Pricing input.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure quoted work is approved and completed.
• Manage work orders, scheduling, and invoicing according to policy.
• Collaborate with sales and departments to drive service opportunities.
