Western States Equipment Company in Idaho is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and assemble CAT machine systems in the field. You will lead complex repairs, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate service calls with the Field Service Supervisor while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Five years minimum experience on heavy equipment.
• Caterpillar environment experience with hydraulic, engine and powertrain preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

• Troubleshoots, repairs, and assembles CAT machinery and components.
• Performs root-cause analysis and confirms repair quality.
• Leads and mentors technicians, guiding complex repairs.
