Job summary

Western States Equipment Company in Idaho is seeking a Service Manager to supervise technicians, drive service delivery, and uphold safety and customer care standards. You will handle quotes, estimates, and invoicing, coordinate with field personnel and the Pricing Group, and ensure timely, accurate service across assigned locations.

Candidates should have five years of heavy equipment experience, at least one year of supervision, and an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Five years minimum experience working on heavy equipment.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees and conducts bi-annual performance reviews.
• Acts as primary service contact for customers seeking repair work.
• Performs quotes and estimates for service work.
• Coordinates with Field Technicians to ensure work orders are accurate.
• Owns scheduling and invoicing of service orders; tracks profitability.
• Ensures adherence to safety and customer care standards.
