Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. through Full Spectrum Lab Services delivers laboratory consulting, real estate services, and lab equipment support to life sciences clients. The Field Service Supervisor will lead a team of Field Service Engineers or contractors to deliver safe, compliant, and timely services within budget.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and hands-on management of instrumentation maintenance and service delivery in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years related experience; five years in lab/manufacturing environments required.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of analytical instrument maintenance and laboratory services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise planning, directing, and scheduling day-to-day and long-range Pharma Services activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
• Review/update LIS/LTS procedures and equipment maintenance protocols.
• Process performance metrics and drive corrective actions for contract requirements.
• Manage contractor performance and supply of spare parts and consumables.
• Provide formal supervision, staffing plans, and performance appraisals.
