Clean Harbors in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. The role emphasizes safety, equipment readiness, and timely documentation, with responsibilities including training technicians and enforcing policies at various sites.

The position includes on-call emergency response duties and may require overnight travel. Training through the two-week Academy is provided and paid by the company, with benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industry.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to pull a trailer via pickup truck (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the service line crew with safety as priority.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment readiness.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Ensure timely documentation and paperwork.
• Manage safety meetings and enforce policies.
• Operate vehicles per DOT and company guidelines.
• Oversee proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment at sites.
