Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Phoenix to plan, lead, and coordinate daily service crew operations. The role oversees equipment operation, site efficiency, and timely documentation. A one-week out-of-state Academy training is required, with expenses covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Health and Safety at all times and follow safe work practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Correct deficiencies that could cause accidents or affect client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete and submit service receipts and related documentation.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and line processes.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Provide industrial services using established methods and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in cleaning areas and check equipment at shift start.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and efficiently use resources.
• Direct crew performance and ensure client/Company policies are followed.
• Be prepared to be on-call for emergencies on a rotating basis.
