This role requires attending a one-week Academy training out of state, with expenses covered by the company and paid training.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the #1 priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Verify equipment availability and operability before jobs; inspect area.
• Correct deficiencies affecting safety, productivity or client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Train Technicians I & II in equipment operation and service processes.
• Lead crew on-site to meet deadlines using available resources.
• Safely operate vehicles and follow DOT and company guidelines.
• Provide on-site industrial services and maintain equipment and paperwork.
