Clean Harbors in Cranston, RI, seeks a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service-line crew operations. The role ensures equipment operates correctly, drives site efficiency, and maintains timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar.
• Willing to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority by complying with all practices and policies.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting a job.
• Correct deficiencies that affect safety, productivity, or client requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes.
• Lead crew and ensure safety policies are followed and deadlines met.
• Enforce company policies and manage on-site personnel.
