Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Location to plan, lead, and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. You will ensure proper operation of equipment, drive efficiencies at the work site, and maintain timely documentation.

The role requires up to 50% travel and involves supervising technicians, enforcing safety, and ensuring client requirements are met. Benefits include health coverage and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to pull a trailer via pickup preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety is the top priority by following safe work practices and company policies.
• Read work orders to confirm equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Complete service receipts and submit to management.
• Train technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC safety policies.
• Instruct and direct crew to complete work per client requirements and company procedures.
• Follow all local, state and federal regulations.
