You will lead technicians, manage staffing, and ensure accurate work orders while upholding company policies. A 1–3 year track record in management is expected, with a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technicians' performance by establishing and enforcing service standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff development for advancement.
• Ensure workforce is efficiently managed to minimize negative labor variances.
• Determine staffing levels and ensure policy compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure accurate work orders and warehouse picking lists; manage WIP inventory and returns.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by your manager.
