Job summary

Clean Harbors in Hutto, TX is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew at the site. This role ensures equipment runs smoothly, drives efficiencies at the work site, and that all job documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Travel and on-call duties are required, including participation in a paid two-week Academy training. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and enforce safe practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
• Complete and submit service paperwork to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and processes.
• Lead crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Follow all local, state and federal regulations and safety guidelines.
• Operate vehicles in accordance with DOT and regulations.
• On‑call for emergency response on rotating basis.
