Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Ability to read work orders and document tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational before starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to beginning work.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents or downtime.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
• Complete service receipts and submit to management.
• Train technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Operate equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and efficiently utilize resources.
• Direct and assist crew in performing job duties to meet client requirements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and remove employees if needed.
• Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles per U.S. DOT and other requirements.
• Handle hazardous materials as required.
