Job summary

Clean Harbors in North Amityville, NY is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures equipment operates properly, drives site efficiency and that job documentation is completed timely.

Responsibilities include safety priority, ensuring equipment readiness, supervising technicians, performing maintenance, and coordinating with clients and management to meet deadlines while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Emergency response readiness and on-call ability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
• Read work orders to ensure equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs.
• Inspect equipment and area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents or damage.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew and direct performance to meet client requirements and company policies.
