This role drives efficiency at the site and may require on-call coverage for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or similar industry.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call availability for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Experience coordinating vendors and documentation.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and adhere to safety rules.
• Pass background check, drug test, and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and follow safe practices and policies.
• Read work orders and verify equipment is available and operable before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting work.
• Lead and train Technicians I and II on operations and processes.
• Maintain paperwork including service receipts and submit to management.
• Operate equipment per training and safety procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce HPC policies.
• Meet deadlines and optimize use of resources.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotation.
• Handle hazardous materials and site remediation tasks as needed.
