Upchurch Companies is seeking an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure efficient scheduling of service calls and preventive maintenance. This role also manages customer accounts, open work orders, and PM schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HVAC experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, a valid HVAC license, and EPA Certification, plus strong leadership

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HVAC experience; minimum 2 years in a supervisor or lead role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support HVAC service technicians.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, open work orders, and PM task lists.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with codes and company standards.
• Provide advanced technical support and assist with complex troubleshooting.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and communication.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and service profitability.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory for field operations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, OSHA/EPA compliance, and proper PPE use.
