Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Texas locations (Austin, Dallas). You will supervise service technicians to drive profitability, support branch admin and recruiting, and promote technician growth while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, CRM knowledge and MS Office proficiency, with the ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods. Competitive compensation with substantial growth opportunities is offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned service technicians to meet and exceed department profitability goals.
• Assist Branch Technical Manager in administration and recruiting; promote technician productivity and growth.
• Maintain technical knowledge on all products and advise on training needs.
• Handle service calls during high load and ensure quality customer relations.
• Interviewing, hiring and training employees; plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance.
