All Copy Products is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Arizona offices, including Chandler, to supervise service technicians, promote productivity, and assist the service manager with administration.

Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in copier/printer repair, strong communication, relationship management, and solid mechanical aptitude; Canon/Sharp/Minolta certifications are highly preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of copier/printer repair experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written; strong customer service.
• Strong relationship management with customers, vendors and employees.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting of digital office equipment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work as a team member.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians to meet and exceed department goals.
• Promote technician productivity and assist the service manager with admin tasks.
• Provide hands-on service support to clients when needed.
• Interview, hire and train employees; manage performance and discipline as required.
• Support sales with product demonstrations and service-related requests.
