All Copy Products is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Arizona offices, including Chandler, to supervise service technicians, promote productivity, and assist the service manager with administration.

Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in copier/printer repair, strong communication, relationship management, and solid mechanical aptitude; Canon/Sharp/Minolta certifications are highly preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of copier/printer repair experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written; strong customer service.
• Strong relationship management with customers, vendors and employees.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting of digital office equipment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work as a team member.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians to meet and exceed department goals.
• Promote technician productivity and assist the service manager with admin tasks.
• Provide hands-on service support to clients when needed.
• Interview, hire and train employees; manage performance and discipline as required.
• Support sales with product demonstrations and service-related requests.

Position

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our offices in Arizona including Chandler, Flagstaff and Tucson.

Supervise assigned service technicians to meet and exceed department goals, promote service technicians’ productivity, assist the service manager with administration, hiring, and provide hands on service support to clients as well.

Essential Job Duties

• Demonstrates and creates a supportive and positive work culture
• Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, customers and vendors
• Presents a professional public image in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Meet or exceed team productivity goals on metrics- including calls per day, incomplete calls, call back rate, efficiency rating, EU rating, daily time detail, and average call duration
• Meet or exceed all inventory requirements including line-item accuracy and dollar value variance in car stock.
• Maintain technical knowledge on all products
• Make recommendations to Service Manager for service training needs
• Assist sales department with sales demonstrations as requested
• Handle service calls if the open call load requires support
• Interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in the copier/printer repair industry
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong customer service skills
• Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors and employees within the company required
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and demonstrated skills required; and proven troubleshooting skills handling digital office equipment
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions
• Must have a strong ethic and work as an effective, collaborative team member
• Computer literacy and experience working with MS products: Outlook, Excel and Word

Requirements

• 3+ years related experience required, industry experience required. Certifications from Canon, Sharp or Konica Minolta is highly preferred.
