Job summary

All Copy Products in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain office technology equipment at client sites. You will diagnose issues on copiers and printers, perform repairs, and schedule return visits as needed.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with training provided. Benefits include a company vehicle, uniform shirts, laptop, and smartphone allowance. A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Training through employment or a technical college in automotive or computer repair preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving history with no DUI in past 5 years.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
• Uniformed, professional appearance and ability to take a company vehicle home.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for copier/printer repair.
• Travel to client locations and diagnose issues.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Order parts and schedule follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate car stock and inventory.
