Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Service Leadership professional to oversee service operations, schedule personnel, and coordinate on-site repairs and maintenance. You will manage staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Three to seven years of service leadership experience is required.
• 5+ years in supervision, preferably supervising technicians in a similar industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other business software applications is required.
• The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and customer address.
• Determines staff hours, number of personnel, and parts and equipment required for service call.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes or repair tasks.
• Arranges transportation of machines and equipment for repairs or to shop for repairs.
• Keeps records of work hours and parts utilized for each service call.
• Requisitions replacement parts and supplies.
• Counsels employees about work-related issues and assists in correcting job-skill deficiencies.
• Monitors employees' work levels and reviews performance.
• Patrols and monitors work areas to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures.
• Investigates accidents and injuries and prepares reports of findings.
• Compiles operational and personnel records such as time, production, inventory, and test results.
• Performs any and all duties as assigned.
