Job summary

Petro Home Services in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians and ensure high standards of safety, customer service and quality. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and enforce procedures while staying current with industry developments.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and HVAC industry experience preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years related supervisory experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred; and/or related industry experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Exceptional leadership skills are a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the skills and work performance of each assigned Service Technician to ensure high standards.
• Enforces procedures including PPE, safety protocol and quality service across customer interactions.
• Conducts ride-alongs with Service Technicians and post-service call audits.
• Provides customer service support, responding to inquiries and problems promptly.
• Keeps abreast of industry developments and shares knowledge with the team.
• Attends safety meetings and coordinates with other internal departments.
• Promotes and supports the Petro Home Services brand.
