Job summary

Alpine Specialty Services, serving the Puget Sound since 1969, seeks a hands-on Field Service Supervisor to lead technicians across Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing teams. You will coach, observe jobs, reinforce quality standards, and help the team improve in a field-focused role.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership and communication skills and are prepared to balance customer experience with workmanship and employee development. Training for IICRC/NADCA will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, leading, or coaching employees.
• Strong people-management and communication skills in field settings.
• Ability to give clear feedback and hold employees accountable.
• Comfortable working with field employees in a performance-driven environment.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to spend significant time at customer jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support for field technicians.
• Spend significant time in the field observing jobs and coaching employees.
• Reinforce quality, productivity, customer service, and sales expectations.
• Review technician performance including production, upsells, callbacks, and redos.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance conversations and progress tracking.
• Help technicians improve skills and advance within the company.
• Identify performance concerns and work with leadership on next steps.
• Perform quality checks and ensure service standards are followed.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve issues.
