Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. seeks a working supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day service operations at our Erlanger, KY location. The role reports to the Service/Operations Manager and ensures a hassle-free customer experience, including our rental department.

You will lead a service team, drive KPI performance in efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and participate in strategic planning to improve skills and processes within our operation.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working within a service department.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products.
• Other Requirements: Well organized, good communication skills, team player, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day service operations with technicians and service support.
• Supervises and develops the service team to meet performance goals.
• Works with Service/Operations Manager on short- and long-term plans for the location.
• Handles customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Addresses customer concerns and complaints as they arise.
• Completes performance reviews for all team members.
• Supports recruiting and development of the service team.
