Job summary

Petro Home Services in Bay Shore, NY, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians and ensure top-quality customer service. You will enforce safety protocols, conduct ride-alongs, and drive performance improvements across the service team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience, HVAC industry exposure, and a strong leadership background. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required to support field operations and brand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years related supervisory experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred; and/or related industry experience a plus.
• Exceptional leadership skills a must.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Service Technicians and enforce company procedures.
• Oversee safety PPE usage and quality of service in all customer interactions.
• Conduct ride-alongs and post-service call audits.
• Provide timely customer service support and address inquiries.
• Stay current with industry developments and share with the team.
• Attend district safety meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Promote and support the Petro Home Services brand.
