Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead Field Engineers within the ALC business, setting daily objectives and guiding teams to solve problems using standard field practices.

You will oversee scheduling, documentation, and communications with customers and subcontractors, ensuring project completion and quality control while allocating resources with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers. Leadership and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC controls or Building Automation
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment >8 ft and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Manage Field Engineers through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensure team optimizes time on projects and properly entering billing hours
• Ensure proper documentation and communication to customers, subcontractors, and managers
• Oversee project completion, expenses, and quality control
• Conduct interviews with potential field engineers
• Allocate resources and manpower with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers
• Complete required documentation for employees and projects
• Provide technical assistance when needed
