Job summary

FirstCall Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead technicians across multiple job sites. This fully remote role requires dispatch from home and travel to job sites nationwide, with a focus on safe, high-quality, on-time completion.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, customer service excellence, and deep HVAC knowledge to supervise field operations and mentor technicians. Occasional on-site visits may be required in support of projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial service or installation roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field service technicians across multiple job sites.
• Coordinate daily schedules, dispatches, and job priorities in alignment with operational goals.
• Conduct job-site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets standards.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer concerns in the field.
• Ensure field work complies with safety protocols and industry codes.
• Train and mentor technicians, promoting continuous improvement.
• Review and approve job reports, timecards, and material usage.
• Assist with hands-on troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to align timelines and resources.
