Qualifications

• 4+ years of field service experience on construction/power equipment.
• Basic understanding of work-order, inventory, or ERP software such as DBS or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, motivates and leads technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations to meet safety, efficiency, and profitability goals.
• Dispatch and schedule field technicians; manage urgent calls and priority jobs.
• Coordinate daily field functions and manage estimates, quotes, and work orders.
• Review injury reports and conduct safety briefings; enforce safety rules.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, and provide repair status updates.
• Monitor job progress and communicate with Service Manager.
