Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trades/technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years mechanical experience in field service setting.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety policies and laws for staff, vehicles, and job sites.
• Manage and coordinate field service operations, review job orders, allocate technicians, and refine processes.
• Schedule daily work, route technicians by demand, location, and urgency, and manage time and cost expectations.
• Track field service work orders to completion and coordinate parts or tools as needed.
• Assist in diagnosing equipment issues and support timely repairs.
• Communicate with customers about repair needs, progress, and parts requirements; ensure timely completion.
• Maintain open communication with service, parts, counter sales, and dispatch to maximize satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
