Qualifications

• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical schematics / blueprint reading.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple departments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce safety practices aligned with company policies.
• Provide quotes for jobs and review work orders for billing.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and clear expectations.
• Support Service Manager with status reports on open work orders.
• Assist in selection, development, and evaluation of service personnel.
• Coordinate safety program and ensure compliance with policies.
