• Knowledge of and experience in field service management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Establish and communicate job expectations (accurate price quotes and time estimates) to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure safety practices and compliance with field operating policies.
• Provide status reports on all open work orders to the Service Manager.
• Review monthly service operations branch statements to assess progress toward goals.
• Participate in staffing and development of service personnel to ensure capability and commitment.
• Coordinate the company safety program across all areas of responsibility.
