Job summary

Industrial engine experience with natural gas or diesel engines is preferred. The incumbent will model leadership, collaborate with internal/external resources, and pursue ongoing self-development daily.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce Values Based Leadership in daily work.
• Set clear job expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and reinforce safety practices for employees and customers.
• Coordinate service activities with the service department and company plan.
• Provide status reports on open work orders to the Service Manager.
• Review monthly service operations branch statements for progress.
• Participate in hiring, development, and evaluation of staff.
• Coordinate safety programs across areas of responsibility.
• Complete other key projects as assigned by management.
• Work safely and comply with policies; perform other duties as needed.
