Job description

Manages, supervises and mentors the inspection staff through coaching and development. Monitors Inspector performance and effectively communicates with assigned staff and the Director Field Operations. In addition, provides Account Management to HSB customers, evaluates staffing needs, and system setup to provide efficient scheduling.

Education and Experience:

1. High School Diploma is required.
2. Bachelors Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
3. 2+ years field experience in Claims, Risk Assessment, or Property surveys is required.
4. National Board Commission Certification is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Extensive understanding of all systems required to effectively monitor, instruct and manage inspection activities.
2. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
5. Overnight travel required (25% - 35%).
