Manages, supervises and mentors the inspection staff through coaching and development. Monitors Inspector performance and effectively communicates with assigned staff and the Director Field Operations. In addition, provides Account Management to HSB customers, evaluates staffing needs, and system setup to provide efficient scheduling.
