Job summary

TK Elevator in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Superintendent‑ Service to support efficient service operations. The role involves site visits, quality audits, assisting mechanics, and cost‑effective route management.

You will contribute to safety training, bid inputs, and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of elevator codes and products. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience, strong communication, and report writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience required.
• Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Writes and audits safety and quality at job sites.
• Performs audits after construction and turnovers; identifies issues.
• Assists mechanics and provides on-the-job training.
• Reviews route profitability using accounting reports.
• Participates in safety training and provides input for bids.
• Communicates scope of work and material needs to bid repairs.
• Furnishes feedback to service manager before evaluations.
• Maintains knowledge of elevator codes and updates.
• Stays updated on company products and trainings.
• Determines materials and parts orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
