Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Superintendent- Service in Ft. Lauderdale, FL to oversee service operations, assist field personnel, and ensure efficient, cost-effective performance.

The role includes auditing routes, supporting safety training, and contributing to bids with labor and material cost input. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or comparable management experience, strong report-writing skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of branch-level management experience; or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites and perform quality audits to ensure route work is efficient and cost effective.
• Assist mechanics with jobs and provide on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and provide feedback to management.
• Support safety training and ensure compliance with codes.
• Provide input to sales on scope, materials, and labor costs for bids.
• Order materials and parts needed for service and repairs.
