Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Field Service Planning Manager in Huntsville, AL to define the field service planning department's direction and drive key initiatives. You will oversee strategic planning, forecasting, and business modeling to support service excellence.

You will interpret data from repairs, sales, calls, and digital content to inform decisions, set KPIs, and deliver dashboards and executive reports. A Bachelor's degree and 8 years of strategy planning experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.
• 8 years' experience in strategy planning and relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite and data analytics tools.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field service planning team's overall business strategy.
• Interpret data sets (Repairs, Sales, Calls, Digital contents, VOC, Web, Intelligence, Surveys) to gain insight and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize Field Service network coverage through locator performance and technician availability.
• Monitor and improve network coverage through capacity planning and service provider expansion.
• Manage Field related Return Authorization operations and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for timely insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs across Field Service operations.
• Develop and manage technician and ASC incentive programs to drive performance.
• Prepare business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reports.
• Support annual operational planning, budgeting, and strategy initiatives.
• Drive continuous process improvement through standardization and best practices.
• Summarize ongoing issues and coordinate with responsible departments.
• Conduct market research including SWOT analysis for competitive advantage.
