Responsabilités

• Develop and implement field service planning team's overall business strategy.
• Interpret data sets to get insight and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage and optimize Field Service network coverage.
• Monitor and improve network coverage through capacity planning and service provider expansion.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for management.
• Prepare business reviews and performance reports for leadership.
