Job summary
LG Electronics in Huntsville, AL seeks a hands-on Service Engineer 2, Commercial Display to join our B2B TAC Support Team. You will provide advanced technical support for commercial display products and serve as Level II escalation for B2B customers, field technicians, and integration partners.
The role focuses on troubleshooting, repair planning, product issue analysis, service documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Development, and Logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Solid understanding of AV and IT technologies, networking, software, and firmware.
- Strong customer service mindset with communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to travel up to 30% throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to B2B customers via email, phone, and onsite visits.
- Serve as Level II escalation resource for complex issues.
- Support IT and Medical Monitor product lines with technical assistance.
- Analyze service data, prepare reports, and manage service parts orders.
- Develop tailored repair and support plans for large-scale users.
