Job summary

CCL Label in Sioux Falls seeks a National Field Service Specialist to support North American customers. You will work with the Sales Team to identify needs, troubleshoot materials and guide on-site applications and shrink processes.

You will travel extensively (>50%), provide training, document results, and collaborate with QA and tech services to deliver solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of packaging materials, labels and equipment.
• Ability to travel overnight >50% of time for site support.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with on-site customer trials and training.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer’s technical advisor for label materials and applications on site.
• Provide on-site support via in-person visits and video calls as needed.
• Support QA with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality rejections.
• Collaborate with Sales for presentations, training and trial support.
• Document results in trip reports and Salesforce; prepare visit reports.
• Provide internal and external technical label training as needed.
• Monitor industry trends and represent CCL Label at events and vendor visits.
• Liaise with tech services for solutions and proposals.
